Walt Disney Company will release Hannah Montana: The Movie starring Miley Cyrus on Aug. 18.
Suggested retail price is $29.99, but Amazon.com is offering it for presale at $20.99.
The premise of the movie is success has gone to Hannah’s head. Her dad, portrayed by Billy Ray Cyrus, has her flown to Tennessee to regain some perspective on the meaning of life.
The movie’s tagline is, “She has the best of both worlds… now, she has to pick just one.”
Or, maybe not.
Among those appearing in the movie are Emily Osment, Mitchel Musso, Rascal Flatts, Taylor Swift, Lucas Till and Vanessa Williams.
