Taylor gave a special message for a fan, Emily, on Rachael Ray show. Read her story below and watch the video!

Though Emily was diagnosed with cancer at age 11 and underwent chemotherapy, several relapses and the loss of her leg, the now 18-year-old has let nothing get in the way of her dreams. The 18-year-old swims, rides her bike, joined the cheerleading team, and even taught herself to play guitar. Her story caught the ear of singer Taylor Swift, who sends Emily a surprise video message from her tour!
